ZONING

Zoning Officer - Richard Kinsey is responsible for issuing Zoning Permits and receiving Zoning Appeal applications and Building Permit applications.   Building permit issuance, plan review and inspections as required by the Uniform Construction Code, are handled by Cowan Associates a firm hired as subcontractor,  Mike Smith and Tom Wargo are the building inspectors (215)536-7075.

Permits are required for the following:

   New structures such as a house, shed, barn, garage, pool, hot tub, driveway, etc.

     Additions to your home such as a patio roof, deck, garage, bedroom, etc.

     Other things such as demolition, change of use, solicitation and home occupation.

ATTENTION BUILDERS:  Contractors are now required to register with the State Attorney General's Office. Click here to register online and for more information.
