Submitted 10/14/05.  Preliminary Conditional Approval 2/5/07.   Planning Commission Meeting. Formerly reviewed Sketch Plan as Callowhill Subdivision.  Owner:  Valley View Development Co.  This plan proposes 12 lots in Lower Milford Township and a grand total of 33 lots located at Locust Valley and Trolley Bridge Roads in the R-R Zoning District.  (Portions located in Upper Saucon, Milford and Springfield Townships.)
